Greetings --

You can't. Win2K doesn't contain, include, rest upon, or
otherwise use MS-DOS. Instead, Win2K is a fully Graphical Operating
System. For command-line interaction, there is a command prompt
emulator included, attained via Start > Accessories > Command Prompt.

You don't, there is no dos mode startup. You need to have installed a dual
boot and have installed MS-DOS first or try booting a win98 startup disk.

Start->run->command

This runs a "16 bit DOS Shell" that may do what you want. There
are lots of options for DOS compatibility, but I've never
messed with it.

Nt/w2k/xp hative command line environment is cmd, which
is 32bits.
