How do i slow down credits animation?

I have four slides that have the Credit animation on them? How do i slow them
down, so people can read it!

I believe you are referring to PowerPoint 2002/XP and above?
At the Custom Animation, you can adjust the speed to Very Slow.
If you still think it's fast, right click on the effect, click Timing.
Click on the speed and type in your own speed.
For example, typeing in 10 refers to 10.0 seconds.
Click OK. Is that what you want?
