Hello Diane

Thank you for your speedy reply, I have done this however I still seem to be
able to send email & can still access all the saved messages.

I would like these to be totally hidden if possible?

set it to not remember the password - tools, accounts - double click on the
account and uncheck the save password option.

If outlook is open and you enter the password, the mail is going to be
accessible until outlook is closed. It won't be if outlook is closed and
they open it. If it’s a concern you are better off with a separate profile
for hotmail or use the web interface for it.

I have tried creating a seperate profile under user accounts but it is not
letting me access the mail section. I am part of a domain. Is that possible?

I closed Outlook, disabled the password, however next time i opened up
outlook all the previous headers & folders were still there..

Have them use their own Windows login to use your PC. Log out of your PC or
lock it with Windowskey-L before leaving it.

Why not create a separate Windows account for the other user? Then they
get their Outlook profile (where you can choose to let them connect to
only your "work" account).

If using Exchange as the mail server, why not assign them as a delegate
to your Exchange mailbox that they can access on their own host under
their own account?
