How do I show full headers?

In order to help my ISP track down spammers, I need to be able to send them a
copy of the email with the full internet header. I saw where I can pull up
the full header for a particular email, but it's not in a forwardable format
(it comes up in a dialog box). How can I set Outlook to show full internet
headers in the email itself? Thanks.

Right Click on the message and choose Options, you can copy the header from
there.

Is there no way to show the full header in the email itself, as opposed to
doing a cut/paste from the dialog box? Thx.

There is no way to display the full header in the body of the email...

Just forward to email to your ISP. Or, cut an paste into Notepad and send it
as an attachment.

When you forward an email, it loses the headers.
You need to Create a new email and add the email you need with the headers
as an attachment. Just drag it to the body of the new email. then they can
open the email and see the headers.
