how do i show default email address

I am rnning my own business, and have outlook 2007.

I have multi accounts, but each time i change the sned from account, it
shows my isp account email.
How can i change this

For a new message, Outlook will always use the account you have designated as
default in Tools>Account Settings>E-mail Accounts. For replies or forwards,
Outlook will always use the account that received the original message. In
either case, train yourself to choose the correct sending account by using the
Accounts button.
