How do I share the outlook backup tool with multiple xp users?

I'm using outlook 2003. I just downloaded the outlook backup tool and it
worked fine - on the file menu, I just click "Backup" and away you go. But
I'd also like to backup my wife's outlook files. When I switch profiles and
go into her outlook, there is no "Backup" option in the file menu. I tried
installing the tool again in her profile, but it said it's already installed.

How do I do this? Thanks!

Log into the Windows user for whome th addin does not appear. Open Outlook.
CLick Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins. Click Add. Browse
to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Addins. Select outbak.dll and
click OK. "10" in the above might be "11" as well. You may also have to
stop and restart Outlook.
