How do I setup text wrapping with HTML message format in Outlook 2

I am using MS Vista and MS Office Professional Plus 2007. I cannot find a
way to set the program to wrap text and stay within page borders.

I am curious if you received an aswer to this solution. No text wrapping is
really annoying!!
