How do I setup new email & Identity in Outlook Express?

I currently have 2 email accounts in the Main Identity of Outlook Express. I
would like to create a new Identity, and transfer one of the accounts there.
Thus, setting up one of the emails as it's own entity in Outlook Express.....

Your best bet would be to ask the experts in the Outlook Express newsgroup.
This one supports Microsoft Outlook which is part of Microsoft Office.
Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer. In spite of the similarity of
name, they're not related so you wouldn't receive the same level of support
here, if any at all.

You didn't say what version you use, so choose the correct newsgroup from
