Define a contact which is yourself with the name "Undisclosed
Recipient". Put that in the To field and your recipients in the Bcc
field. Be aware that some spam filters will discard e-mails with
"Undisclosed Recipient" in the To/Cc field.

If you enter a subject, and place all recipients in the Bcc field. They will
recieve the message, and the words "Undisclosed Recipient" will be
displayed. I send approximately an average of 4 messages a week to
approximately 1,300 recipients.

Sending is not the same as receiving. Spam filter and rules can end up
blocking or discarding your "Undisclosed Recipient" messages. Better to
put yourself by your name into the To/Cc header and the blinded
recipients into the Bcc header.

If the previous answer is wrong, please advise as to how you do set up
Undisclosed recipients?

Wrong.
Outlook does not do this.

Not quite sure what is so unclear about "Outlook does not do this."
There is an old workaround you could try. Most find it does not work or is
unsatisfactory.

Most users have recognized long ago there is no need to display "Undisclosed
Recipients" in the To: field and just get on with using the BCC field as
they should.
