How do I set up my second Outlook calendar to do reminders?

I juggle a lot of different info in our small office, so I have two calendars
in Outlook. When I try to save appointments with reminders in my second
calendar, a popup says "not able to store reminder because this appointment
was not saved in Calendar or Task folders". I've tinkered with moving files,
and I'm getting really frustrated. I just want Outlook to do what I want it
to do, not what I tell it to do! Life would be grand if I could have
reminders in both calendars.

You can't - reminders, flags ,etc. only work in the default folders that
Outlook creates. You can get a small application written by Outlook MVP Ken
Slovak called Reminder Manager that will give you reminders in non-default
folders. http://www.slovaktech.com
