My cable internet provider supports Outlook Express, and allows multiple
e-mail identities. Can I do the same using Outlook?

Yes, but it's called Profiles
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles

Or configure separate user logons for Windows

While Rodady [MVP] is correct on the big picture of Profiles, you can also
use a single profile to check numerous accounts, and send with numerous
addresses:
With Outlook already running with your 'default account":
Tools > Email accounts

While Roady [MVP] is correct on the big picture of Profiles, you can also use
a single profile to check many accounts (and send with the appropraite email
address of choice):
--Tools > Email Accounts
--"View or change existing e-mail acconts" & Next
--Click on Add... and add the apprpriate information per new account
--You can create rules to automatically move new messsages depending upon
account it come in via

Replying to a message should utilize the same email address it was sent to.
If startign a new message, you can use the "Accounts" button in the tool bar
to select with email address to act as the 'from' address. If that button is
not available, right click on the toolbar, shoose Customiae and you can find
the Accounts button in the Standad Categories list

Hope this helps

This is good. But how do you sent it up so that the e-mails for different
addresses do not come into the same mailbox? WIth outlook express it was
automatic. Now with Outlook 2003, all the e-mails are coming into the same
inbox. I want to have somone differen handle the other e-mail address.
THanks

Several things contribute to this. One is whether or not your "different"
addresses really are different (i.e., different mailboxes on the ISP's
server, using different usernames/passwords to access them) or just aliases
of a single mailbox. Another is mail profiles, as described in the message
Robert (aka Roady) posted. You don't post enough detail about your
configuration to be able to decide.
