How do I set-up a remote computer to check my work email?

You will need to talk to the Systems Admin at your work and go through the
steps required to have it enabled. It may be VPN or a remote portal or OWA or
some other method and there will be other things involved in pulling work
email. In other words, you can't do it without being allowed to since the
business network should be well protected.
