How do I set PPC Network Settings

Utilizing c# and .Net CF, how do I programatically set the Baud Rate and
Timeout for a particular network connection for a Pocket PC 2003 device?

Baud rate for a network connection? You mean a serial connection? RAS?

This is very new to me, so excuse my ignorance...

This is for a GPRS modem on COM4. I adjust the settings manually from the
"Advanced Settings", "General" tab for the modem (accessed via "Manage
existing connections"). I can create and configure dial-up settings for the
connection using a provisioning XML file, but can't seem to figure out how to
get the baud and timeout set.
