How do I set my FP2003 web page to a flexible display resolution

Created an FP2003 web site at 1280x1024. I now want to change this to
1024x780. I change the page size in FP and re-pub the site but it doesn't
change the display. Ideally, it would be great to have FP automatically
resize the site depending on the visitor's screen resolution. Is that
possible?
Many thanks in advance!

Use tables to set your layout and set their size at 100% then they'll adjust
to the users screen settings.

The screen resolution settings are not set by Frontpage, but by the
display-properties settings in Windows itself.

Thanks but all pages have tables set at the default of 100%. What else could
it be?

Make sure you do not have any cells with a fixed width that would stop the cell from adjusting

Make sure you have no images with a width that would exceed the smallest screen width you want to
support. BTW the average is 800 pixels wide.
