How do I set my contact details for email recipients

When I recieve an email and wave my cursor over the senders name, a menu
appears and I select add outlook contact. Most of these senders have only
minimal information programmed in. I would like to have all my details
available for people that I send an email too. How do I go about setting this
up?

You can use the Help window in Outlook and find how to make a Signature that
includes your Contact card as a Vcard. The method is version-specific and
you failed to post that important basic piece of data.

I just had a look and it is Outlook 2003.

Will the vcard you mention show up in the recievers header as I mentioned
before?

yep. They can open it and add the whole thing straight into their
contacts - so maybe leave your home address and phone number off!

Judy, isn't "hi-light Contact name/Actions/Forward as vCard nets "vCard as an
Attachment" a manual "each time" action and vCard as part of Signature an
auto-everytime action - making the latter his preference?

I suggested he makes a signature that includes his Vcard which is his own
Contact card.

No mention of forwarding, attaching etc from me.

After doing some more looking,

was wondering if you could tell me how I can load all my details into my
outgoing smart tag.

I have all my details under my own name in my own contacts but when ever I
send an email it just gives the other person the basic 4 fields when they
click "add outlook contact" after clicking my smart tag??

Any help would be appreciated as I have searched the programme high and low
to no avail.
