I am using outlook2003 and have multiple Pop email accounts and would like

I believe one way to do it is to setup folders in the inbox for those pop
email accounts and then set rules for the incoming emails to go to those
folders.

You cannot do that in 2003, you can in 2007 have a completely seperate data
file for each pop account
As in the previous response create subfolders in the inbox, named
appropriately (not Inbox) then create rules to move mail to the designated
folder
You can do the same for Sent, with rules

I believe one way to do it is to setup folders in the inbox for those pop

folders.

These folders can be subfolders of Inbox, folders in the same PST at the top
level right along with Inbox and the other Outlook folders, or they can be
folders in completely separate PSTs.
