how do I send email with subject in red color from outlook?

You can't as the mail protocol doesn't support formatting the subject line.
Highlighting certain items is a function of the mail client being used at
the receiving end and a choice of the receiver and not the sender.

this does not answer what I require. I want to send out email with subject in
red color. That means when my recepient receive my mail, they will see the
subject is in red color. How can i do that?

Because YOU have a rule that makes Outlook color any message with a specific
importance. Click Tools>Organize>Using Colors>Automatic Formatting. Select
the "Important" rule and you'll see that the formatting takes place on your
end. Your boss doesn't control it.

This works for me -->

Action > Follow Up > Add Reminder > Change Time & Date to a prescribed
Future Time & Date (I usually just set said time and date to half an hour
later.)

The Subject, along with the Name of the Receipient, usually switches to red
when said time and date is up.

Hope that helps.

Which is also because of a setting on the receivers end. The sender still
doesn't control this.

In addition, sending a message with a reminder for the recipient only for
about half an hour later would not be considered very nice. Why not call the
person instead when you need a direct answer? Otherwise, simply send the
message with a High Importance tag and for the rest; let the receiver decide
on how to sort his/her mail.

actually there is way

you can set "Delay Delivery" to the past and magically it works!

Answer

Everyone on here that has posted "you can't" or "The sender..." blah blah are idiots and don't know or take the time to help.

Whoever you are sending to, go to "Options" click on the flag and it will pull up the "Flag for Followup" and in the "Due By" pick a date BEFORE the date you are sending. Any date. Then hit send. It will be in your sent as red and to the receiving end.
