How do I save a constantly used phrase as a command?

I constantly type "Yours sincerely, et". How do I avoid typing this phrase
for every single letter. Is there a way to print it automatically without
typing it?

Hello

There are a few options for you ... but probably the easiest is to create an
autotext:

1. type the phrase (eg 'yours sincerely')
2. highlight the phrase
3. Alt + F3 (to create an autotext)
4. name the autotext entry - something that you will easily remember (eg 'ys')

When you need to insert the phrase, just type in ys and press F3.

If you forget what you've named it - just scroll through your Autotext
Entries via Insert | Autotext | Autotext.

(When you next close out of Word after creating an autotext entry, you will
be prompted to save changes to your Normal.dot - as this is where the
autotext entries 'live' ...)

Kind regards - Tanis

Alternatively save it as a formatted autocorrect entry to autocorrect (say)
#ys
