How do I retrieve raw data in Access?

I am trying to find the data that is inside Access and export it out so I can
see the entire list of names and information I have entered into the database
since I started using it, but I do not know how.

you can select a table or query in the database window, and click File |
Export from the menu bar to export the data. if you want to automate the
export process, to run on a command button on a form, for instance, you can
use the TransferSpreadsheet action in a macro or VBA to export a table or
query dataset to Excel or Lotus; or you can use the TransferText action to
export a table or query dataset as a delimited or fixed-width text file. you
can also use the OutputTo action to output a table/query dataset to Excel, a
text file, or a Rich Text Format file.
