How do I retrieve information from a form on my web site?

Total Confusion at this point.
I have designed a simple little request for a catalog form on my website
using MS Frontpage 2003 by using the wizard. I have tested the form, seems
to work. I have tried to find the information on the server in the
_private/form_results.csv and the _private/formrslt.txt. I get an error web
based type of page. I have directed the data to be stored in the
_private/formrslt.txt file by using the wizard. I open the
fpdb/freecatalog12.mdb file and get a short download window. I look in the
wizard processed file fpdb/freecatalog12.mdb And I get a message this file
..mdb needs an association.
Where is my data?

open the web live;
file/ open web/ enter the http:// address of your web. with it open in
FrontPage drill down into the _private folder and read your results.
also, you can make it easier on yourself by setting up the form to send the
results to you via email.

Do you haev Microsoft Access installed? The .mdb is a Microsoft Access
database. You won't be able to open it directly without having MS Access
available.

Hope this helps,

mdb files are MS Access files; csv files are simply text files that can be
opened in Notepad.

freecatalog12.mdb must be opened in MS Access (Part of the Office
Professional Suite).
