How do I retrieve a mail folder from the deleted file in Outlook?

I deleted a mail folder from my favorites not thinking it would delete it
form my mail forders section. I tried to Edit, undo but it wasn't an option.
How do I get the folder back with all the emails in it?

If you haven't emptied your Deleted Items Folder, it's in that folder (likely
as a subfolder so you'll have to view via your folder list).
If you have already emptied your Deleted Items Folder, if you connect to an
Exchange server then you can recover deleted items IF your systems admin has
enabled this (you would see the option under the tools menu button).
