how do i retrieve a document in word replaced by mistake?

I have accidentally replaced a word file I was working on with a blank
document under the same name. I had saved this document about twenty minutes
before I replaced it. is there any way to get the original text back?

No. It is difficult to accidentally do this as the operating system warns
you that you are about to do this. If you ignore the warnings the document
is gone. Only expensive forensic disc recovery may get it back.
