How do I restore Outlook folders from backup/restore wizard?

I have religiously backed up using the back up/restore wizard (after having a
disastrous loss some time ago). Now I have found that I have inadvertently
deleted a subfolder in my Inbox (my precious dance folder holding my dance
emails). No worries, I said to myself. I will simply restore them from my
last back up a couple of days ago. But it's not that simple. I have not
been able to see how I actually do that. Although I am reasonably IT
literate, this one has me stumped. I am sure the backed up file is available
but how do I restore it??? It's probably as easy as a two-step but I need a
good leader. How?

Probably best to post to a group for Windows if you are talking about the Windows Backup.

If the Outlook Personal Folders Backup, simply open the backup.pst file and restore the folder by dragging it to your active .pst folder list.
