how do i restore original photo viewing program

I recently installed "image composer" to handle my photos
and find that I prefer the original program. How do I
restore that program? Unfortunately, I don't even
remember the name of it but it came with the Windows xp
Office program.
Is there any way that I can restore the mystery
photo/picture program?

right click on a picture, select Open With, then Select Choose Program and select the one that sound right from the list.
before checking OK, check the box for USE ALWAYS
if you make a wrong selection the first time, just do it again and select a different one till you get the one you want
