How do I restore my Favorite Folder in Navigation Pane?

I use the Navigation Pane in Outlook 2007 in it's minimized state. It used to
show my how many unread e-mails I have, but that has disappeared. Somehow I
seem to have deleted my Favorite Folder. When I go to View: Navigation Pane,
I only have 3 options: Normal, Minimized and Off.
