how do I restore emails after an upgrade?

I upgraded from office 2000 to office 2003 and lost my emails and folders as
well as address book. How can I get my emails back?

Is your PST file still around on your machine? Make sure you check all
folders (especially hidden ones). The PST file is where your data should be.
