How do I rename a main folder in Outlook 2003?

The main folders are encripted. For example, the Inbox looks like this: úéáú
ãåàø ðëðñ
I want to rename it back to "Inbox"
Same apply to Deleted Items; Drafts, Sent Items and Outbox
