How do I remove Business Contact Manager from Outlook 2003?

The subject says most of what I'm looking for.

I'd like to have Outlook 2003 and not have business contact manager even
show up in the outlook folder list.

To remove Business Contact Manager from a profile:
1. In Outlook, Goto 'File --> Data File Management'
2. Select 'Business Contact Manager' from the list of Outlook Data Files.
3. Click the 'Remove' button

To completely uninstall Busines Contact Manager:
1. Goto Start --> Control Panel
2. Open 'Add Remove Programs'
3. Select the 'Remove' button next to the entry for 'Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2003"
