How do I remove an outgoing mail already begun transmitting?

I currently have an EMail in my outbox that I cannot delete. When I try to
send the message I receive the following messge MAPI spooler has already
begun transmitting. It is not important to send this email. I have tried
every way I can think of to delete this message cant.
