How do I remove a link to a contact from a journal entry?

I have linked a journal entry (meeting) to contact names from the address
book in Outlook 2007. I cannot see a way to remove one or more of these
links. In the previous versions of Outlook, the links were shown in a box at
the bottom of the journal entry when opened and it was easy to add more
contact names or delete them.

Any assistance is appreciated.

items to Contacts
