How do I reinstall Print subsystem?

Hi All,

I have a customer (XP-P, sp1a) whose print subsystem somehow
got hosed (along with several of her other programs).

How do one remove and reinstall the print subsystem? (Please
do not tell me I have to reinstall the entire stinkin' XP!!!!)

Didn't work. I think I may be forced to reformat and
reinstall Windows. :'(
