how do I reinstall Outlook express 2000

Outlook fails to launch with an "illegal action" error message.
I uninstalled Outlook Express but now can't find the .exe file I need to
reinstal Outlook Express 2000. I am looking on the CD rom that came with the
PC: "Microsoft Office 2000 MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
5.0". The setup.exe I try says "Windows Installer" is already installed.

**** NOTE ****
1) There is no such product from Microsoft called "Outlook Express
2000". Microsoft Outlook Express is an email/NNTP client. It does
not contain a Calendar or Task List. Microsoft Outlook Express comes
automatically with Internet Explorer.
2) "Microsoft Office 2000" contains a module called "Microsoft
Outlook", which is an email/PIM client. It contains both a Calendar
and Task List, in addition to the email client.

A question: Did you uninstall Microsoft Outlook Express, or Microsoft
Outlook?
