How do I reinstall Access 2002 ODBC driver?

I'm getting a message that "The setup routines for the Microsoft Access ODBC
drive (*.mdb) could not be found. Please reinstall the driver" when clicking
the Configure button in the ODBC driver manager. I've installed the MDAC 2.71
update, but that has not fixed the problem.

Upgrading to the latest MDAC was a good idea but not what Access is
complaining about. I'd start by re-installing Access (or all of Office if
that is what you've got) and use the Custom (or is it called Advanced?)
option to ensure that ODBC drives are installed with your Access. (I thought
is was an automatic, but maybe I'm wrong).
