How do I recover email from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007?

When I upgraded my Office 2003 to Office 2007, I lost all of my personal
e-mail folders. Is there a way to recover these files?

Installing Outlook 2007 creates a new mail profile and often an empty PST.
Open the Mail applet in Control Panel and click Show Profiles. What do you
see?

I see default outlook profile and my userid right under that

So, select the mail profile that Outlook doesn't have selected. I'll bet
your data returns.
