How do I recover a file?

When I installed WINFAX PRO MS WORD WOULD NOT LOAD. Error
message "winword.exe version 9.0.0.8216 faulting modual
MI 145.dll version 0.3.0.0, fault address 0xoooo220b.

I then uninstalled WFP program and in the process lost or
deleated "GAPI32..Dll" a necessary file that mapisrvr.exe
is looking for when I rebutted.

??? Do I have to reinstall the complete WXP PRO program
or can I just reinstall the AGAPI32.Dll file?

The original problem: Word would not load,

is caused by the WinFax Pro Word macro. Symantec has a work-around
avaialble in their knowledge base.
