How do I recover a file saved into the OLK9A folder?

When I open an attachment from Outlook and then try to save (not save as) it,
it goes to a folder called OLK9A, which is embedded under the Temporary
Internet Files folder. If I forget to change the folder it stays there. But
i cannot figure out how to get back to that file.

I know you can say save the attachment again, but sometimes I have made
changes and need to get that version back from this folder.

Any clues?

Search for this folder using Windows Search and adding hidden folders option to the search.
