how do i put a moving background on a slide show?

hello, i was at a convention and saw a slide show that had a moving
background, one with clouds that moved across a blue sky, and was wondering
if the power point program had anything that does that or could anyone help
me find a program that has that type of background?

Truman,
Not natively, but you can use an animated GIF, consider that the file size
will become quite big though if it has to fill the whole slide.
Other than that you could use a Flash file but then it will have to be for a
reduced part of the slide as Flash and video always play on top.
