How do I publish to a website with a username and password?

I am having problems publishing my website using Frontpage 2003. When I click
"Open Site" and enter my website, I am not prompted for a username and
password, and I get an error message in the end. In the past, I've used an
earlier version of Frontpage with no problems publishing to the same website
so this baffles me. Can anyone help?

Contact your host and have them check / repair the site permissions

Hi again,

No, I'm quite sure it is not a problem with the host because I've tried
using the older version of Frontpage to open the site with no problems.
Logically, the newer version of Frontpage should do it too but it doesn't -
does anyone have any suggestions?

I don't think so since I tried opening the site the moment frontpage was
installed and immediately had that problem. Is it possible that the "open
site" feature is not available unless I do a full install (I did a Typical
install).
