I want to publish 5 outlook 2003 calendars to the internet on the same page.
I use them to schedule meeting rooms. I want people to be able to go to my
website and see if a meeting room is available.

I tried to publish the calendars, but it appears hat only one calendar
published to the web page.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

how are you publishing them? if using the publish to web feature, it's kinda
lame for scheduling because it's only updated when you republish it.

are the users accessing it across the intranet or from outside the company?
if inside, you could use the outlook view control (samples at
www.digidashlive.com).

Diane,

Thanks for the reply.

I am using the Publish to the web feature. I will republish it 2-3 times per
week, but it only seems to publish one calendar. How do I get it to publish
all five calendars?

People need to read this outside the complany on the internet.

Thanks

John
