How do I Publish Calendars from Outlook?

I am having trouble posting publishing a calendar from Outlook 2000 (Windows
XP Home). When I got to save as web page, as I do on my work computer, I
receive an error message that says:
Go to add/remove programs and select Internet Explorer.
Change / Remove and and the Web Publishing Wizzard.

When I do this, windows brings me to Update and I installed and completed
the updates it suggested. I could not find a separate file on the Web
Publishing Wizzard.

I am still receiving the same problem after I went through that process. I
have checked all of my Outlook settings and they look fine.

My second issue is, if I for some reason cannot fix this issue in a timely
manner, which is th e safest way to export my calendar information to disk so
I can pull up the information on a different computer?

Please note that I am an experienced Windows user and know how to publish an
Outlook calendar to website. I do not know how to fix this Windows/Office
error.
