How do I print the attachment data in header - not entire attachm.

In the past I have been able to print an e-mail with the attachment data
under the header. I can print the data if I reply to the e-mail and then
print the reply. I want to print the original recieved or sent e-mail with
the attachment data and icon. How do I do this?

Before printing, change the format of the message to plain text.
