What do you mean by "large print"? See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm for help with
setting up a booklet (note that Word 2002 and 2003 have the feature built
in). You can make the font any size you like.

I want to print booklets in 16 to 18 because of my detereorating sight .
every time I try it reduces the font size. How do I do it so it doesn't
reduce the font when I print?
It shouldn't change the size of your font. Have you made sure that your font
size is actually 16 or 18? Are you printing a 100% scale print?
