How do I print just the first page of an email in Outlook?

I'm using Office Professional 2007 and wondering--why on Earth is there no
option to print *just* the first page of an email? This seems like such a
basic feature that I'm a little surprised it would have been left off. It
makes using Outlook terribly inconvenient.

Open the message, use other options, view in browser. You can then use IE's
print options.

I downloaded and applied the update, but the print dialog still shows only
All, Odd, Even for page choices. It's on Vista Ultimate.

Hi , I'm trying to figure out the same thing, hopefully with one click. I
can't find "view in browser" (don't see it in Tools > Options)
Could you outline the specific steps? (2007)
