How do I print a single page of a multiple page email in Outlook?

I want to print a single page of a 4 page email in Outlook 2007. The print
settings only show the options All, Even, Odd.

Open the message and click Actions>View Message in Browser.

Found it, but only on an email that is HTML format. I have several taht are
Rich Text where that action is not available.

Any suggestions for those?

save as text + print saved document from word
or
copy/paste to word document and print from there
or
install an addin that allows selective printing
