How do I print a list of hyperlinks in a MS Word document?

I have a MS Word document with 14 pages of web hyperlinks. How do I print
the document showing the actual web address? It can print by the hyperlink
or in a seperate list.

Please help!!!

I take it that the display text of the hyperlinks is different from the
actual URL? If you check "Field codes" on the Print tab of Tools | Options,
you'll get a result that shows { HYPERLINK "http://www.whatever.com" } for
each of the hyperlinks. Would this do?
