How do I prevent inappropriate spacing in justified text?

If there are just a few words of text at the bottom of a justified paragraph,
the few words are stretched across the entire line. How do I prevent that?

End the paragraph with a paragraph mark not a new-line character.

As Jezebel wrote....

But, if you feel you absolutely need a line-feed character (Shift-Enter),
then insert a Tab first.
