How do I overtype an existing sentence with one click clearing te

Hard to describe, but how can I group a sentence together in a set of
instructions on a Word document so that when the user clicks on the
instruction the text disappears and he can enter his detail.

You can use a Macrobutton for this
(http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/UsingMacroButton.htm) but you're
limited to what fits on one line.
