How do I open Publisher 03 documents in Word 03?

I need to send a poster created in Publisher 03 to people who do not have
Publisher but do have Word 03? Has anyone found a solution?

We normally recommend using .pdf files for that purpose. Pub files cannot be
opened in Word.
