how do I move a file to c://windows/system32 ? ....Vista Home Premium....

A program that I use ( FMS flight simulator) needs d3drm.dll to run.
Reading on the internet, I found where I could download it, and then
extract the file. I now have that file on my desktop. Another instruction
was to "place it into c://windows/system32"

How do I do that in Vista Home premium please? I believe that in Windows XP
I could have moved it, but Vista doesn't give me the same options. Thank
You. rich

OK thank you..I was able to UNBLOCK but I still do not know how to move
the file to system32.

Sorry for the dumb questions, but at my age I am happy I can read this
stuff, let alone understand it...

When I right click (after unblocking).. a number of options come up in
Vista, but not MOVE. If I COPY then how do I get to system32 to PASTE???
