how do i merge contact lists

I have two contact lists in OUtlook 2007, one called Contacts, and one called
Contacts in Personal Folders. I would like to merge these into one and
eliminate the duplicates. It is causing me some grief as I backup to my
BlackBerry PDA. Would really appreciate step-by-step help!
